I too became a fan of Adam Hurst's music when I arrived at PDX. I now use his recordings as ambient background music in my home. Very peaceful and relaxing! Thank you, Adam, for sharing your beautiful gift!

I instantly became a fan if Mr. Hurst the second I arrived at PDX. I would "high"ly recommend his music if you're the type of person who wants to get immersed in the soothing, dark, relaxing, mind drifting music Adam definitely hits the spot! You're very talented sir! I tip my hat!

This is once again an outstanding, inspired, and beautiful set of compositions by Mr. Hurst; it recalls for me, as all his work does, the grey, mist, and melancholy of the winter rains that buffet the north Oregon coast. I have not felt like this about music since I first heard Chopin's Nocturnes some 20 years ago. Mr. Hurst puts poetry in his strings and makes the listener as elated to be a member of our species as does Bach; his music simultaneously evokes passion, rejoicing, longing, darkness. What a privilege to have heard him play live at the Astoria market last fall.

I love all of Adam Hurst's albums. In fact, my massage clients love him too. His music tells stories of magic, mystery, love, and tragedy. Also, seeing his live act is quite intrancing.....
