I just discovered Greg Holden, and I'm completely hooked. His voice is so pure and beautiful. This album is just, fantastic. If I had to pick a favorite song it would be Choking on the Concrete. The lyrics are just so honest and the tune is wonderful. 5 stars all the way!

Download "The Chase" and wash your ears out with it. "Why do we chase these impossible dreams?" Love it.

If you are a human being with feelings, you will be able to relate to Greg Holden's music. Each of his songs is full of love, doubt, happiness, betrayal; practically any emotion. Holden's music is good for listening to while driving a car with the window's down, or holing up with a hot cup of coffee. Holden is deserving of every bit of the success he has worked for over the years, and this album will most certainly be a good addition to the music collection anyone who appreciates good acoustic guitar playing. Definitely buy.

If you are looking for something relaxing, insightful, melodic, and inspiring you've found it in Greg Holden's album "A Word In Edgeways." This album is absolutely wonderful. My personal favorite track would have to be "The Art of Falling." This track currently has the 10th highest number of plays in my iTunes library. I love the tune and the message of trying for something that you know is a risk, but the worthy outcome that is possible outweighs the fear of failure. Greg's drive to succeed in his career is inspiring and his love for his music is so evident in this album. He has a passion for his fans and the people that have been faithful to him in his past few years of musicianship and he has an even bigger passion for music. His album is not cookie-cutter. It speaks of life and fear and strife. This isn't just another compilation of 9 love songs. He puts his heart and soul and spirit in to his music. This album is well worth the $8.91 and then some. I would highly recommend it to anyone with ears.

I've never heard such a talented singer/songwriter. All of his songs are catchy, and his voice is wonderful. It's such a shame that he hasn't made it really big yet, I would love to hear another album from him.

Greg is a brilliant artist all-around. The melodies are catchy, and the lyrics are insightful and meaningful without being sappy. As for his voice, he could sing me the dictionary and I'd be entranced. Fantastic purchase.
