I am a huge Vienna Teng fan; and this is a decent album, but not nearly as good or endearing as her professionally recorded albums.

This was my fifth Vienna Teng album, and at first I didn't listen to much of it. Since then, it's quickly risen to be my all-time favorite. The live performances yield beautiful, rich and full sounds. It's absolutely amazing with paired with great headphones, and I could relax and listen for hours.

I had have not heard Vienna Teng's music before but had the great pleasure of hearing her live @ the Ann Arbor Folk Festival this year. Her music is beautiful and DIFFERENT. She write her music, plays the piano, and has the purest voice (unlike many indie/folk type people/bands out now who while "singing" sound a couple notes shy of a dying cat). Definitely listen and enjoy. I most certainly did.

I have been a Vienna fan for years, and this album is amazing!! It truly is a showcase of their talent, and the narration pulls the album together. Although the songs aren't new, they have reworked them so that they tell a new story. You won't be disappointed!
