Amazing is the best word to describe this album. Lucero’s sound is unique unlike any other. Southern rock with a touch of modern indie rock edge. A great album by a great band.

Just saw them with Frank Turner at Fillmore in Philly. Love the raspiness and vibe. Not sure why iTunes calls this Pop, but it's not. Vocals are forward and you can hear the pain and depth of the songs. Will look at other albums. Great job Lucero...

A life long Replacements fan, and trying to find honest heartfelt rock is not easy, just found Lucero last week and seeing them in NYC this fall and the Replacements united on 9/19/14 in Queens, Rock lives on!-

Heartfelt country rock n roll. One of the best albums I've ever owned. Rebels, rogues & sworn brother (can't believe iTunes doesn't offer this title) & this are Lucero's two best albums. Where the former hits a little harder, the latter is a bit more mellow. Melancholic drinking music- my hats off to the boys from Tennessee.

Phenomenal album! But it won't fully download because it says When You're Gone is corrupt! It is killing me not having the full album!

There are no words to describe how wonderful this album is. The songs and lyrics together stike up so much emotion. You can feel them playing the music. One of the best songs is Old Sad Songs, which is only a minute long but leaves you thirsting for more sound! If you choose to start out with a Lucero album I would choose this one. The rest are just as spectacular and cannot be compared becase they are all so different. I absolutlely recomend seeing this band live!
