This is my new favorite album. "Giving Up" is SICK! If you haven't seen these ladies live, do it. Highly recommend buying this album. You won't be disappointed.

This is my first review because few albums are as solid and enjoyable as 2205. From start to finish there is not one song that I skip over; they all have something that keeps me coming back. It's rare to find an album that's so good you want to listen to it all the way through, over and over. If you are reading these reviews, trying to decide whether to buy the album, do it. You won't be disappointed.

Saw the girls play this weekend. Terrific show. Immediately downloaded the albums. Love "2205." Nearly perfect songs full of energy.

When will this band stop holding Katie Murphy back! They need to get with the program and let her shine. Her guitars seem intentionally buried in the mix! What are they afraid of? Rising above sonic mediocrity?!

Overall this album has a great vibe to it, the songwriting is strong along with Abisha's vocals. There are great hooks without going overboard, the songs are all catchy but different. As a studio musician and drummer myself, I must say the drumming is what lacks in this band. The simple beats do fit with this band for most of the time, but that could definitely be what would make someone feel all the songs sound the same and/or get boring. I was interested to check out live videos and the drummer definitely is the weakest link...I teach 8th graders with better technique and feel. But then again, it does fit well with most of the songs. But overall, I really enjoyed the CD, every single track is solid and the uniqueness and talent this band brings -- both being an all-girl band and Abisha's unique, yet beautiful vocal delivery really make these girls something to look out for.

I love this album! I love their style. I love Abisha's voice. I love everything about them really. My fav songs are kick back, autograph, and one night stand. Alot of people compare them to Paramore, but I think they have their own style, which I prefer over Paramore (don't mean to hate, but their songs all sound the same to me). This is raw pop infused punk rock at its finest.
  • Great Grrrrl band, refreshing new girl rock talent!!!A++++

Love love love Simple Parts, Giving Up and Kick Back. Decent cd overall! A few songs are a bit Paramore, but others have their own style and are really great tunes. Singer has a great voice, band is great. I hope to hear and see big things for them. Def worth the price!
