I love the apologetix because they turn bad songs that sone kids aren't. Allowed to listen to and turn it into Christian music so everyone can listen to it i think it's sad how many kids can listen to rap music with cuss words and how they don't care and then they start cussing ad don't care I'f they would listen to the apologetix they wouldn't go down with the devil and I love how the apologetix use the beat kids love instead of a boring slow beat

Now, this CD I reconized most of the songs on here and this is pretty much the music era that I'm living in, and to be honest I never liked the original of The Real Slim Shady or Lose Yourself or even Gold Digger, but I love the parody especially the 2 Eminem ones they parodied because those are very important topics of being saved and finding God and in The Real Sin Savior there's a little bit of humor in it and that's another thing I love about ApologetiX. Overall this CD is great for the ones growing up in the 2000's for a possitive outlook on the songs.

ApologetiX Classics: The 2000's is a collection of must-have hits for any ApologetiX fan and is a great starter for anyone interested in ApologetiX or in biblical Christianity. Even if you don't know the original words or even the original song, you will be delighted as you hear J. Jackson's clever and incredible lyrics which are meant to not only make you laugh, but to reach and teach! My favorites on "2000's" are "The Real Sin Savior," "Bone Digger," "All the Stalls Stink," and "JC's Mom."

I'll be honest, my musical tastes are odd, so I haven't heard the original versions of a lot of these mainstream songs, but just by hearing these parodies, I feel like I've heard the originals. The ApologetiX do an excellent job of copying these songs perfectly, displaying excellent musicianship and musical ears. When the song is one I've heard before, hearing it played back to me with Christian lyrics is an indescribably cool moment, especially hearing it note-for-note with a vocalist who ain't half-bad (Corinthians and Flurry particularly impress me). That being said, there are those moments where the production value differences do seem to rear their ugly heads (such as differences in guitar tone), but these don't detract enough to ruin the amazing experience of hearing these guys. Their lyrics are poignant and their music is high-quality, so go ahead and give this a download.
