Jak is a breath of fresh air that combines witty song lyrics with a biting group of chorus lines. I was predicting that the writing might be a little cheezy, however I found myself listening to something fresh each time I listen. If nobody has offered to put Jak on a romantic comedy movie soundtrack yet, they should start picking up their phones now!

Just happen to stumble across this guy. I listened to "Yellow Rose" and bought it. I returned later and listened to a few more songs and wish that I had just bought the whole album. You can really relate to his songs and they have a good beat and rythym to them. I am surprised he is not more well known and played on the radio.

CaRazy! This album I feel has more of a beat to it and less loose and all over the place. Same voice same type-just a different feel. Great on the way to California :D The Best of This Album= HOLD ON TIGHT, THE SWIMMER & ANGEL LIKE ME (have great lyrics), and COME ON WITH ME (so CooL!! you have to listen)!

Christopher Jak's vocals are soothing to one's ears. His simple melodies and original harmonies created by an acoustic guitar create the perfect soundtrack for a romantic comedy. This is an album you can listen to while snuggled up to someone close or to wind down after a long day. His lyrics relate to everyone and it seems as if he really knows what he's singing about. This is one album that really does raise the bar for new nostalgia.
