  • Shaun is Amazing!!!!!

This album is fantastic! I'm only fourteen years old, but I became a Shaun Cassidy fanatic about two years ago when I started watching the Hardy Boys. After listening to all of his songs, I can honestly say that the first five tracks are some of his best. However, instead of including songs from the "Wasp" album, I wish they would have used songs such as "Our Night", which is one of my other favorites. However, it's still Shaun Cassidy, so that automatically makes it amazing!!! Now if only they would put his 1989 single "Memory Girl" on iTunes!!!! :D <3 SHAUN CASSIDY FOREVER <3

Had this on cd. Few years ago looking for Shaun Cassidy music came across The Shaun Cassidy Collection, 48 songs all the albums excep the live album on this one. I got it from itunes, now they want you to pay for each album. Cover doesn't show because it was deleleted from itunes but songs still on my computer and ipod.
  • The iTunes review is NOT for the GH albums

The iTunes review above is for Shaun's debut album, not this GH collection. Here, with the GH collection, once you get past the first five tracks here (taken from Shaun's debut and "Born Late"), you're into the other albums that aren't so well known (Room Service, Under Wraps, WASP), and really, Shaun's first two were his best. Though why they didn't include "You're Using Me" from Under Wraps is a mystery, because that's the best track on that particular album. If you're picking and choosing, go for the hits: Da Doo Ron Ron, Hey Deanie, That's Rock & Roll...as well as his cover of "Do You Believe In Magic". Only die-hards will want the full album; avoid the last track (Once Bitten, from WASP) especially, as WASP had Shaun trying for a harder-edged punk sound that did NOT work well with his pop voice.

The memories that are sparked by these songs are wonderful! I remember who I was then, kind of makes me feel free again with the wonder of life.
