    This is an album for kids. Sugar Hill Gang reworked hip-hop classics to make them appropriate for little ones. There is no profanity on this album and the themes are positive: stay in school, learn, etc. I am buying this album as an intro to rap music for my baby daughter. If you are looking for an album of exploitative garbage that glorifies conspicuous consumption and violence against women and perpetuates negative stereotypes about Black people, then look elsewhere. This is real hip-hop.
