Clyde the Cat

Just like any other Neil Zaza's album, "Clyde the Cat" is packed with amazingly fulfilling tunes, emotions and an overflow of feeling. Track #1 "Funeral for a Friend" is a real masterpiece cover that will certainly make Elton John proud of his 1973 creation. Track #8 "Violet Twilight" has that classic Zaza melodic signature that you can recognize thousands of miles away even with the worst of the tinnitus Track #11 is one of my favorite all-time Zaza creations: "In My Dreams". Because it has been recorded live in the studio with the band, it has that special impromptu touch that makes it very special and human. As a hard core guitar fan that has seen and heard it all, Neil Zaza is by far my favorite musician with an amazingly technical skill capable of taming the most overdriven guitar into a melodic piece of art.
