A person a couple reviews down was off by a long shot so ill set it straight. Nick wrote this album when he was only 19 years old prior to the band ever forming and to this day is by far the greatest solo acoustic album I've ever came across and if anyone ever asks for good acoustic music this is always the first one I recommend.

I had "One Fell Swoop" and "No, Really I'm Fine" so I picked this up and years later still can't get into it, first of all this album was a side project Nick did, it's not a band album, it's his solo album, he just used a band name, The Spill Canvas, much like many solo artists do, "One Fell Swoop" is the first real album by The Spill Canvas as a band, Nick has said this himself and it's true. but this record should be re-released under Nicks name because it is not up to TSC standards. even Formalaties was better

I've lived in belle fourche south dakota most my life and when I heard of these guys when I was in highschool, i didn't think much of it until I saw them live.....believe it or not talent and greatness can come from the forgotten midwest.....kinda like the original "daisy duke" whom is from south dakota for all those who never knew. Anyways these guys are far to talented to be " a really good band from SODAK" they need more recognition! p.s. the original daisy duke is up to like 400 pounds now or something like that hahahahahaha

"All Hail the Heartbreaker" and "The Tide" are songs that can't be matched. I personally don't think anything comes close. This CD is a must buy!

i really like this, but the funny thing is that i usually dont enjoy music like this. It's very heartfelt and it's just different than any music I've listened to. It kind of makes me want to cry because it's so good. Phenomenal
