Forget the fact that Bret drops his Poison bandmates at every opportunity to do a solo gig, but over the past decade Bret has done and redone several songs, NBaGT being the latest. For someone who claims to do the solo work as an outlet to create new music in the absence of it happening under the Poison banner, Bret surely recycles a lot of his work, both solo and from Poison. Take a look at his last several solo releases and look at the amount of songs repeated from one album to the next!
This version of NBaGT is a very slowed down, tuned down version of the original. You would think that having guest performers like Ace and Anthony would inspire the participants to take an already upbeat song up another level or two... but instead they bring it down? For those die-hards that want to track down every bit of output from Bret, then you're going to likely download this. But if you're a casual fan or a new fan, do yourself a favor and stick with the original!
