Wade, I recently had a few rather dramatic symptoms of what I was sure was colon cancer. Thankfully, colonoscopy results were all good, but not before I had several restless nights (weeks... months...) thinking about the worst. Today, I saw your video of "Is It Already Time" and was moved to tears. Your beautiful thoughts and song now live in my iTunes collection. I've always considered your voice to be one of the best - and certainly one of the most recognizable - in country music. I wish you continued success, good health and all the best. Awesome! This is a beautiful, heartfelt song that will touch all who hear it. Ever since I learned of your illness, I have wanted to reach out and let you know that you are loved by so many. And the answer is "no." It isn't over. The awareness that you are bringing to early screening will benefit so many others. I cannot imagine what you continue to go through each day, but all of those feelings and your strength makes this song so powerful. I miss you and hope our paths cross again some day!

You made me cry..

I have been a huge fan ever since Old Enough To Know Better came out. I am so happy to hear new music from Wade. I wish he never had to write about this but I am hopeful that he will make a full recovery. I love you, Wade! Looking forward to much more music from you!

Wade has been blessed on so many levels, especially with his voice. There are times in life when God gives us challenges in order to make us stronger, and Wade took God's challenge head on. While Wade was going through his struggle, his family, friends and fans prayed for a healthy recovery, and He heard us! This song proves that even though Wade was going through this battle, his voice was still able to share his feelings about his diagnosis. "Is it Already Time" is a touching song that will tear at even the hardest heart strings. The song has touched many people since it came out, and I hope it will help others going through the struggle with colon cancer.
