  • flat-out great tunes

I have seen Jerry and the boys from Kemah on the Texas Gulf Coast all the way down to Key West, and they were the band for a little tailgate party some friends put on in Houston. If you are looking for good beach music with a Texas flavour, these guys and Kelly McGuire will make your night magic.

This recording is terriffic. I hope we see more recordings form this group. Any fan of Jimmy Buffet will enjoy this music. These songs are great if you need to let your mind wander to your next vacation at the beach, on the boat, or at the islands. Mix up a margarita and enjoy the music.

Great "Beach Music"! Very Jimmy Buffetish, and easy to listen to. Picks up my mood in no time, with it's fun lyrics and happy beats. Any Buffet fan will like this, as will any laid back, easy going person.

This is a fantastic album for anyone who enjoys many of the songs by Jimmy Buffet. Reminiscent of his style but without being either a copy or a tribute, these songs are unique stories on their own with their own destinations and rythyms. Nah, like the other reviewer said -- there's no "common sense" here and that makes this album a most uncommon and a most welcome find.
