I first became aware of the song Gravity when was used in the Stacey and Gavin, and wow what a great use of the song. This song will carry you from start to finish with such depth. I love this song! If you like this see Stacey and Gavin and see how it's used. Couldn't be placed in a better place than that of S & G. This song will resonate within you... Forever.

Out of Nothing is clearly Embraces' best work to this day, and songs like Ashes, Someday, and the Chris Martin penned Gravity are some of the greatest songs ever. If you like Coldplay, U2, the Verve, Oasis, or Travis you will also add Embrace to the list.

Great music, but I bought it on my iPhone and my favorite tune Gravity - never loaded. All the rest did, and nothing I do works to get this tune. iTunes you messed up.

Ok, first I will say I am a huge fan of bands like U2, Pink Floyd, Snow Patrol, Radiohead, and Coldplay. This is one of the best albums of the decade. They have a beautiful sound, and the singer sounds better than any cruddy pop punk band. The song Gravity, was originally written by Coldplay, but chris martin gave them the sound, and Embrace did a fantastic job with the song. Then Someday, the best song on the album and one of the best songs of the decade. The choral voices in the chorus are probably the same choir that sang with Elbow in the song "One Day LIke This" (another one of the decades greatest) this is a great album, and i recommend it to everyone

This is catchy but find their debut album, The Good Will Out with the EXCELLENT All You Good Good People. That said, Ashes, Gravity, Looking As you Are, and A Glorious Day are good. Like a weird cross between Oasis and Travis. Why isn't The Good Will Out on iTunes?

This album is excellent and far more uplifting than anything the more popular Britpoppers have come out with. Highlights include Gravity, Ashes, Someday, Keeping, Spell It Out, and A Glorious Day. These guys know how to have fun without taking life or themselves too seriously. Only not 5 stars because it isn't perfect, but few albums are. Highly recommended if you feel like a rush of positive energy.

I first learned of Embrace when I saw them perform live opening for Snow Patrol a few years back in Dallas. Though the main ticket was for SP, they were the best part of the night, and the most quality live performance I've seen in a band, even over Coldplay's X&Y tour that year (though not as flashy). I enjoy this album a lot, but the best of Embrace is in their live performance. If they ever come near you to play, don't miss them for anything. A best-kept secret Stateside for sure.
  • Embrace=awesome.

So, lots of people say Embrace is like Coldplay's little brother...which I guess is true--they do sound very similar. But, Embrace has their own style, and I actually like them better than Coldplay...so, in short, check out this album--you won't be sorry!!
