    ... But... Good forgive me... The movie cast was better. With the exception of Audrey. I was never a fan of Ellen Greene's "Audrey voice" in the film. But the movie cast had so much more power... This is almost skimpy in comparison. Aside from Audrey. This recording is very lack-luster. It needs more instruments, and MORE OOMF!!! And I NEVER like movie casts better than Broadway. Sorry 😰

    This is not bad, but where us the version from the Motion Picture? How can I take iTunes seriously as a music store if there are so many things that it just does not have for sale!

    I have been trying to get a feel for the musical, and now I love it. I am doing this musical for my high school musical and have been trying to get a feeling for most of the characters. This helps a lot! I would totally buy this album!

    i was a bit skeptical when i found out that they were doing a remake of my altime favorite musical...but this is a masterpiece! i especially like how in skid row (down town) they slowed the beginning down a bit to capture the esscence of the song a little bit better. Mushnik and son has a lot of add ins that are spectacular. they added in another fast talking monolouge in now (its just the gas). the worse he treats me is a great song and belongs in the real thing. so in summery the best got bettter
