Great album, but the original release had Teacher, Hymn 43 and Bouree. Why aren't they here?

Many great songs here from one on the late 60's early 70's biggest, most overlooked groups. Song for Jeffrey, Love Story, Christmas Song, Living in the Past, Up the Pool, and Nursie are all highlights. Not sure what Locomotive Breath is doing on here (originally on Aqualung) but what the heck, it is a great classic rock song and deserves a second album play. Definitely deserves more recognition today due to to the sharp songwriting, great musicianship, and sense of humor. Not to mention the fact that Ian Anderson's rock flute was so great that no ever even tried to follow.
