For me the album is tracks 5 thru 16. It’s the the way Esther employs jazzy elements that I believe make her a unique artist of her generation. This album was definitely her trying to show that not only can she keep up with the mainstream pop female artists, she can outsmart them with transfixing ease.

Although this album is very different in comparison to Breath from Another, I love the more upbeat tune in this album. Esthero's voice in general is absolutely superb, almost with a bit of a jazz-y sound, and the instrumentals of the tracks were incredible as well. You can tell that plenty of effort was put into this album because it certainly shows. Very well done!

I'll admit I didn't find about the album when it first came out but it's hands down one of my favorites! I adore albums that can be listened to from start to finish and this is one of those rare gems! Esthero does an amazing job! I would love to hear more from her!

...as long as she is singing...the lyrics and meaning of songs being sung are pretty irrelevant (Not true...they are relevant). Her voice lures you in and grabs ahold of you. Esthero is one of the greatest singers of ALL TIME and shall remain. Her first album, "Breath From another", is also a true banger.

One of my favorite artists and one of my favorite albums!! Esthero has such an amazing vibe. I love her style of writing and her vocals are sex! I really wish and hope she comes out with another album soon....It's been over 5 years since she's made an album (this was the last one) - - though she's been featured in various albums since then (Kanye's "808's & Heartbreak"...and Timbo's "Shock Value 2") I'd like to hear another full-length ESTHERO album!!!!

there is beauty in cacophony. at her best, esthero is concise. this is a mess of wonderful music that should've been spread over multiple discs. with that said, anyone who can listen to the album from beginning to end will understand why this took so long. this album sounds like a seven-year bloc in a lifetime, which is exactly what it is.
