Great "comeback" album,. All somgs deserve to be heard. Great production with Mark at his best vocally. A great gem from the Raiders. Every song is a winner.

I'm a fairly big fan of Paul Revere & the Raiders. Admittedly I never did full discography research, and couldn't say I knew everything they ever did. But I was reasonably familiar with most of it. This entire album somehow skipped by me. After checking it out for a while now, I have to say it's my favorite PR & R album. I like it pretty much from beginning to end. I can't say that about all their records. I like certain tracks from most of their albums, but this is a good album all the way through. I never hear people mention it as the stand out track of the album, but Save The Country is an incredibly strong track to me. It's a well crafted song and updates the PR & R sound just enough to bring them into the new decade (the 70s). But I would say if I had to pick one PR & R album, it would have to be this one. It's just a totally off the radar thing, but its really, really good.
