I saw Exmortus last week. They put on a great show and seemed to be having a great time on stage, although their sound really isn't that different from many other metal bands. The notable exception was their metal version of Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata, which I loved and immediately downloaded!

These guys are insanely talented! Some of the fastest shredders I've ever heard, and they play just as fast live (unlike DragonForce). They played the entire Moonlight Sonata, not just the 3rd movement that's included with this cd. They didn't miss a single note. They didn't slow down.
Prepare your ears to be assaulted, and have a tissue or two handy for the aftermath.
