Orange is 7M3 last great album, first two were great especially 'RockCrown', but Orange Ave is a solid album honestly every song I solid. It's a bit poppy like 'American Standard' but its good...I pulled Orange out again, it's probably been 10 years since but STILL LOVE IT.

One of the better songs from this band period. Overall, the album is not too exciting for me but, this song is excellent.

7m3 branch out a bit on this album. this is where they decided to leave the grunge behind and delve a bit into the classic rock that surely seems to have influenced them. results vary but the good stuff is very very good. check out "southwestern state" and just see if you can deny the connection between this song and the first girl you let see the real you. enjoy

you can pick up anything by this band and rest assured that you will be treated to an eccletic compillation of better than average "filler". jason ross is as good as it gets when it comes to songwriting. the highlights of this album go far deeper than the singles. southwestern state is deeply emotive, in between is as catchy and over the top as it is edgy. joliet and blessing in disguise are anthemic rockers(with the latter holding a nicely timed solo). overall this album isnt thier best but far from mediocre.

50 times better than any verbal diahrrea techno rock coming out nowadays. This was an average record when I first got it in 1998. As I've aged, I realize how truly awesome it is. 10 out of 12 songs are very good, I'd say 6 or 7 rotate as the best on the album for me... it really is that good. Their less-than-mainstream status makes it all the better.

If nothing else, download Southwestern State and Blessing In Disguise. These are great songs. Flagship Eleanor has this funky vipe going that gets under the skin and makes you want to sing "I got a tricked out receiver.." all day. Over Your Shoulder and Devil's Holy Joke, I also highly recommend. By the way, when you are done, buy all of Rock Crown. It's the best 7M3 effort in my opinion (and American Standard is excellent).

Apart from "Over Your Shoulder" and "Each Little Mystery", every song sounds like the unwanted filler of an infinity of 90's rock albums. The latter song above is a moving bit of poetry given an appropriate musical score, while the former is a perfect little bit of pop rock for those who like, or at least don't mind, commercial hooks. Download the singles, but avoid the rest.
