    Artist talent and comprehensive song selection are both first rate. The remastering is mediocre at best-muffled and the opposite of vibrant. I doubt these recordings are sourced from origial masters. Most likely second generation recordings of recordings. I still recommend purchase as the original hits have long been unavailable. Just scale back your expectations in the area of sound quality. I purchased it for "Good Friend," a sentimental favorite, but then I discovred other hits and lesser known tracks that are all appealing and listenable.

    Good news is these are the original hits that you remember from AM radio. The bad news is that the audio quality borders on that AM radio sound at times. This replaced another bunch of original recordings of hers that had questionable sound. I want to give iTunes their credit when getting original recordings that aren't the garbage that K-Tel throws so often here. But if they can't fix the audio quality, what's the point? They can do better. Perhaps it's time they should.

    Only familiar with her "hits", so glad I discovered how great she truly is. A great songstress who can deliver a song like only a few can. So glad they are available on iTunes for every generation to hear!

    all 3 of her LPS released on a CD for me to have, have enjoyed her music so very much since she came out yars ago .. I think its safe to assume almost all my collection of fmeale vocalists on ipod are complete.. I got all of Lynda Carter, Cherul Ladd, Vicki Lawrence, Maureen McGovern .. at last :)
