A different kind of music that doesn't follow the path of least resistance. The lyrics, instrument choices, and musical influence are apparent with this band. A great mix of Texas Country and 90's pop, with a few surprises. Anyone from rock to country fans should like this band. I suggest listening to the other albums to hear the changes over time. While subtle, you will be able to pick out the changes lyrically and musically. This is one of those bands where id you own one album, you need to own them all to get the full effect. Definitely not a band that makes one album you like, and the rest you hate. The style has stayed the same and will appeal to all previous fans, yet reaches to new listeners alike. Get this album!
