Two of my most fondest memories regarding Leo Sayer is taking one of the most beautiful lady of my life to his concert in Central Park in New York City and one day while browsing in Tower Records the DJ played Long Tall Glasses and all the men in the place started singing along with so much feeling and emotion for the song that the entire store broke down in cheer. What other artist can evoke such reaction from total strangers in one place. Thank you Mr. Sayer for all the wonderful songs and memories.

if you were like me and had only heard his syrupy american-released pop tunes
  • One forgets the quality

Leo Sayer is one of those artists known for several standout hits, while much of his music goes overlooked. The depth of his talent and breadth of musical styles and voice control is evident throughout this collection. This is one of those albums that doesn't reach out and grab you to purchase it, yet takes over your interest and playlist bit by bit as the lesser known songs of Leo Sayer start to overshadow the well-played hits.
  • Great UK Singer / Songwriter Anthology

Leo Sayer started his career in the UK writing songs for Roger Daltrey's solo career. Leo then started taking his own songs and recording them. While "The Show Must Go On" is better known in the US by its Three Dog Night version, his version does have it's charm. All his big hits are here -- and the other songs allow a great introduction to him. Amazing set!

i give this the lowest. The show must go on; isn't that one of queen's most popular songs and albums?
